The 'flat-bar road bike', as it is known, is a genre of bikes which seeks to give the speed and quick steering of a roadbike to someone who wants to sit more upright and have a commanding view of the road ahead. And not everyone loves drop (curly) bars!
This one has had a lot of work, with many parts replaced or updated, to create an excellent example of a practical commuting bike.
